Very GoodReflex Arena is an old-school arena shooter that updates the dizzying speed and demanding precision of a classic arena FPS with the power of modern gaming technology. This is easily one of the best competitive FPS games to come out in recent time. Pure no-nonsense gameplay: it's all about stacking up, racking up some guns and shooting your enemies to death. Also there's the movement system which is similar to Q3 CPMA - very fast paced, fairly easy to grasp, definitely hard to master. If you've never really played an arena shooter before, the game could feel a bit unfair at 1st, you'll keep dying while others zoom past you and grab all the good pickups, but once you figure out the movement and get used to the weapons, i can almost guarantee you that you'll have a blast playing this. If you're intimidated, grab a friend and play together! Anyone can have fun with a player close to their skill level. The bots are a little dumb still, but great for learning the ropes. It's simply one of the best Quake-like arena shooters out there. So if you like Quake, this game is a must.

We don't have all the modes. The weapons are not final.
The UI is ugly and basic. Most of the art is missing. We don't have matchmaking. We don't have bots. Game development is a slow process, especially for a small team. Reflex is not yet competition ready.For now, it's fun. It's playable, with a couple game modes.
